Best day ever!!
Our guide Rie was wonderful. My husband is in a wheelchair and Rie and the driver were extremely helpful. We had not thought my husband could go on the beach , because of the wheelchair but the driver said they had chairs that could go on the beach. So Rie, myself and the driver pushed my husband on the beach. It was no easy task but we did it. I will always remember the laughter as the 3 of us pushed my husband to and from the beach. Rie and the driver went well beyond helpful. Thank you for the memories 🥰

Perfect guide, perfect tour
Our wonderful guide, Hirokane, was perfect, from communication before the tour (he even took a photo of our ship as we docked for us) to every enjoyable minute of our tour. He carefully planned the amazing sights to meet our mobility needs. He even arranged for Mt Fuji to be on full display, a rare occurrence. He was kind and thoughtful. He was easy to understand as he shared his vast knowledge of the area and the culture. We will always remember this fantastic tour and Hero's engaging manner.

Great private tour
We arrived at Shimizu Port where we met Kiyo, our guide for the day. She was an amazing guide that went out of her way to make sure that we had a great experience. The communication was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour and Kiyo.
