Getting There

Car
From central Izu, take Route 135 southbound towards Nishiizu. Continue on Route 135 for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the junction with Prefectural Route 17. Turn left onto Prefectural Route 17 and follow the signs towards Nishina. After about 10 kilometers, you will arrive in the Nishina area. The Tombolo Land Bridge is located just off the coast, and you can park at the nearby Nishina Sand Dunes parking lot (fee: approximately 500 yen). From the parking area, it is a short walk to the bridge.

Public Transportation
Take the Izu Hakone Railway from Izu City Station to Matsuzaki Station. The train ride takes about 20 minutes. From Matsuzaki Station, board a local bus (Nishiizu Town Bus) heading towards Nishina. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Nishina Sand Dunes stop. From there, you can walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the Tombolo Land Bridge. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
