If you are driving from Kaga, take Route 8 towards Fukui. Follow Route 8 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the Katsuyama area. Continue on Route 8 and look for signs directing you to the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum, located at 51-11 Murokocho Terao, Katsuyama. There is parking available at the museum.

Public Transportation - Train and Bus
To reach the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum via public transportation, first head to Kaga Onsen Station. From there, take the JR Hokuriku Line to Fukui Station. At Fukui Station, transfer to the Echizen Railway and take the train to Katsuyama Station. Once you arrive at Katsuyama Station, you can catch the local bus (Katsuyama City Community Bus) that goes directly to the museum. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as the frequency may vary.
