    If you are driving from Kaga City, take Route 8 heading north. Follow the signs for Kanazawa. Once you reach Kanazawa, take the exit for Route 159 towards Kanazawa Station. Continue straight until you reach Marunouchi. Kanazawa Castle Ruins will be on your right. There is parking available nearby, which may cost around 500 to 1000 yen depending on the duration of your stay.

  • Public Transportation - Train

    From Kaga Onsen Station, take the JR Hokuriku Main Line towards Kanazawa. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kanazawa Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the East Exit. From there, you can take a bus or walk to Kanazawa Castle Ruins, which is approximately a 20-minute walk. If you prefer to take a bus, board the bus heading to 'Kenrokuen' and get off at the 'Kanazawa Castle' stop.

  • Public Transportation - Bus

    If you are already in Kaga, you can take the Noto Railway bus to Kanazawa. The bus departs from Kaga City and takes about 40 minutes to reach Kanazawa Station. From Kanazawa Station, either walk for about 20 minutes or take a local bus to Kanazawa Castle Ruins. The bus fare from Kaga to Kanazawa is approximately 800 yen.
