Car
If you are driving, start by heading towards Route 20 (Chuo Highway) and follow the signs towards Tokyo. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit toward Taito City. Follow the signs to Yanaka area. Once in Yanaka, look for 5 Chome, and you will find Kannōnji Temple at 5 Chome-8-28. There is parking available nearby, but it can be limited, so plan accordingly.
Public Transportation
To reach Kannōnji Temple using public transportation, take a train from Kai City to Shinjuku Station on the JR Chuo Line. From Shinjuku, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and head towards Ueno Station. At Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and travel to Nippori Station. From Nippori, take the JR Yamanote Line to Nishi-Nippori Station. Finally, exit the station and walk approximately 15 minutes to Kannōnji Temple, located at 5 Chome-8-28 Yanaka.
