If you're driving from central Kai, head east on Route 20 (Chuo Highway) towards Tokyo. After approximately 45 kilometers, take the exit for Route 4 towards Ueno. Continue on Route 4 until you reach Taito City. Look for signposts directing you towards Hanakawado. Once in the area, turn left onto Hanakawado 1 Chome and you will find the Riverside Gallery at 1 Chome-1-1.
