Walking
If you are in the Kanazawa Station area, exit the station and head towards the East Exit. From there, walk straight towards the Kenrokuen Garden, following the signs. Once you reach Kenrokuen Garden, continue walking towards the Kanazawa Castle Park entrance. The Hashizume-mon Gate is located inside the Kanazawa Castle Park, so you will need to enter the park to reach the gate.

From Kanazawa Station, take the bus marked 'Kanazawa Castle' (Bus No. 2 or 8). The journey will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Kanazawa Castle Park' stop.
