Walking
If you are starting from Kanazawa Station, exit the station and head towards the Kanazawa Hyakubangai shopping area. From there, follow the signs towards the East Exit. Once you are outside, walk straight along the main road (Daiwa Street) in the direction of the Kanazawa Castle Park. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection at the Sakumamachi area. Turn left onto the road heading towards Dewamachi, and after about 5 minutes of walking, you will see Hondanomori Park on your right at 3-1 Dewamachi, Kanazawa, Ishikawa 920-0963.

From Kanazawa Station, you can take the bus No. 8 or No. 11 that goes towards the Kenrokuen Garden. Get off at the 'Dewamachi' stop, which is about a 10-minute ride.
