If you are driving from Osaka, take the Hanshin Expressway Route 13 towards Ikeda. Merge onto the Kinki Expressway (Kansai Expressway) heading towards Nara. Exit at the Higashiosaka IC and follow the signs to Higashiosaka City. Once in the city, navigate to 1 Chome-12-29 Shimokosaka. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared for potential parking fees.
