Car
If you are driving to KIX Observation Hall Sky View, take the Hanwa Expressway towards Kansai International Airport (KIX). Use exit 4 to reach the airport. Follow the signs to the Observation Hall, which is located at 1 Senshukukokita, Izumisano, Osaka 549-0001. There is parking available at the airport, but be aware that parking fees may apply. Expect to pay around 300 yen for the first hour and 100 yen for each additional 30 minutes.
Train
To reach KIX Observation Hall Sky View via public transportation, take the Nankai Airport Line from Nankai Namba Station. Board a train bound for Kansai Airport and enjoy the scenic ride. This train ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Kansai International Airport Station, follow the signs directing you to Terminal 1. The Observation Hall Sky View is located on the 4th floor of Terminal 1. There is a small fee of 100 yen to access the observation area.
Bus
You can also take the Airport Limousine Bus from various locations in Osaka, such as Osaka Station or Namba Station. The bus ride to Kansai International Airport takes about 50-60 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Kansai International Airport, follow the signs to Terminal 1. The KIX Observation Hall Sky View is located on the 4th floor. Please note that there is a bus fare, which typically costs around 1,500 yen one way.
