Car
If you're driving from central Kyoto, take the Route 1 highway heading towards Osaka. Once you reach the Osaka area, follow signs for Nishi Ward. After about 45 minutes, merge onto Route 25. Continue on Route 25 until you reach the intersection with Minamihorie. Turn left onto Minamihorie and follow the road for about 1 km until you reach Horie Park at 1 Chome-13 Minamihorie. There is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To visit Horie Park using public transportation, start at Kyoto Station. Take the JR Tokaido Line to Osaka Station (approximately 30 minutes). Once at Osaka Station, transfer to the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line and take a train to Nishiohashi Station. From Nishiohashi Station, exit and walk about 15 minutes toward Nishi Ward. Follow the signs for Minamihorie; Horie Park will be on your left at 1 Chome-13 Minamihorie.
