Train

From Kyoto Station, take the JR Tokaido Line to Osaka Station. After arriving at Osaka Station, transfer to the Osaka Loop Line and head towards JR Namba Station. Once you arrive at JR Namba Station, exit the station and head to the Nankai Namba Station to catch the Nankai Main Line to Ebisuchō Station. Bus

From Kyoto Station, take the Kintetsu Bus bound for Osaka and get off at Namba Station. From Namba Station, follow the signs to the Nankai Namba Station and take the Nankai Main Line to Ebisuchō Station. Once you arrive at Ebisuchō Station, exit the station and walk east for about 10 minutes to reach Tsūtenkaku at 1 Chome-18-6 Ebisuhigashi, Naniwa Ward.
