Car
If you are driving, start from Kumamoto City. Take Route 3 (also known as the National Route 3) heading towards Yatsushiro. After about 30 km, merge onto Route 57 towards Kōriyama. Continue for approximately 20 km until you reach the signs for Tsujunkyo Bridge. Follow the signs leading you to Nagahara in the Kamimashiki District. The bridge will be located at Nagahara, 郡山都, Kumamoto 861-3661. Parking is available near the bridge.

To reach Tsujunkyo Bridge via public transportation, start by taking the Shinkansen (bullet train) from your location in Kyushu to Kumamoto Station. From Kumamoto Station, take the Kumamoto City Tram (Tram Line 2) to Kengunmachi. From Kengunmachi, board the bus No. 32 (Kumamoto Bus) towards Nagahara. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Tsujunkyo Bridge' stop, which is a short walk from the bridge itself. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
