Car
If you are driving from the center of Mikawa, take Route 56 heading south towards Tosayamadacho. Continue on Route 56 for approximately 30 kilometers. When you reach the town of Kami, follow signs for Tosayamadacho Sakakawa. Turn left onto Prefectural Road 26, and continue straight until you see the sign for Ryugado Cave. There is parking available on-site. Please note that there may be a parking fee of around 500 yen.
Public Transportation
From Mikawa Station, take the JR Sanyo Line towards Kochi and get off at Kami Station, which takes about 30 minutes. From Kami Station, you can take a local bus (Tosa Kotsu Bus) towards Tosayamadacho Sakakawa. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Ryugado Cave stop. The cave is a short walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may be limited.
