Car
If you are driving from central Mikawa, head south on Route 1 (also known as the Ise Kaido) for approximately 10 kilometers. After about 10 minutes of driving, take the exit toward Gamagori and merge onto Route 247. Continue on Route 247 for about 5 kilometers until you see signs for Mikawawankokutei Park. There is ample parking available on-site, but be aware that some parking areas may charge a fee, typically around 500 yen.

To reach Mikawawankokutei Park via public transport, start at Mikawa Station. From there, take the JR Tokaido Line to Gamagori Station, which takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Gamagori Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop for the local bus service. Take the bus that goes towards Mikawawankokutei Park. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. The bus fare is usually around 300 yen. Once you arrive at the park's bus stop, it is a short walk to the park entrance.
