If you're driving, head towards Toshima City. From the center of Musashi, take Route 254 towards Tokyo. Continue along this road for about 20 minutes until you reach the Mejiro area. Turn onto Mejiro Dori and follow the signs for Mejiro Garden. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of the parking regulations in the area.
Train
To get to Mejiro Garden by train, start by heading to the nearest train station in Musashi. Take the JR Saikyo Line or the JR Yamanote Line to Mejiro Station. Once you arrive at Mejiro Station, exit the station and head south. Follow the signs toward Mejiro Garden, which will be approximately a 10-minute walk from the station.
