To get to Nagatoro using public transportation, take the Seibu Ikebukuro Line from Ikebukuro Station in Tokyo towards Hanno Station. At Hanno Station, transfer to the Seibu Chichibu Line and continue on the train until you reach Nagatoro Station. The journey takes about 2 hours.
