Public Transportation
If you're traveling by train, start from Musashi Station and take the JR Musashino Line towards Nishi-Funabashi. Transfer at Akihabara Station to the JR Yamanote Line (green line) heading towards Ueno. Get off at Ueno Station. Once you exit the station, head towards the Ueno Park exit and follow the signs to Okachimachi. It is about a 10-minute walk from Ueno Station. You will walk through Ueno Park and then follow the signs leading you to Okachimachi Panda Square located at 3 Chome-26 Ueno, Taito City.
Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Musashi and head east on Route 17. Follow the signs towards Tokyo and merge onto the Shuto Expressway (Highway 1). Continue on the expressway, following signs for Ueno. Take the exit for Ueno and follow the signs to Ueno Park. Once you arrive at Ueno Park, look for parking areas nearby. After parking, you can walk to Okachimachi Panda Square, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the park, located at 3 Chome-26 Ueno, Taito City.
