Once you reach Sasebo, continue on Route 35 and follow the signs for Hario Higashimachi. Saikaibashi Park is located at 2678 Hario Higashimachi, and there is parking available nearby.     Start by taking a train from Nagasaki Station to Sasebo Station. The train ride takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 1,300 yen. Once you arrive at Sasebo Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal adjacent to the station. Take the Nishi-Kyushu Bus towards Hario Higashimachi. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes and costs around 500 yen. Disembark at the Hario Higashimachi bus stop, and the park is a short 5-minute walk from there.
