Car
If you're driving, start by heading to Route 35, which is a major road in Nagasaki. From the city center, take Route 34 towards Sasebo. Continue on Route 34 for about 45 minutes until you reach the Sasebo area. Once in Sasebo, follow signs for Route 202 and continue until you reach Kashimaecho. UMIKIRARA is located at 1008 Kashimaecho, which will be on your right side. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To get to UMIKIRARA via public transportation, head to Nagasaki Station. From there, take the JR Sasebo Line train towards Sasebo Station. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Sasebo Station, exit the station and look for the bus terminal located right outside. Take the Nishitetsu Bus (number 7 or 8) towards Kashimaecho. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Kashimaecho stop, and UMIKIRARA will be a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Just head east on Kashimaecho, and you will see the aquarium on your left.
