Getting There

  • Train

    Start your journey at Nagoya Station. Take the Tokaido Shinkansen (bullet train) towards Toyohashi. Get off at the Toyota Station, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. From Toyota Station, exit and look for the Meitetsu bus terminal, which is right outside the station.

  • Bus

    At the Meitetsu bus terminal, board the Meitetsu bus bound for Asuke. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Asuke Castle (Asukejo). The stop is well-marked.

  • Walking

    Once you get off the bus at the Asuke Castle stop, it is a short walk to the castle. Follow the signs towards Asuke Castle, which will lead you through the picturesque streets of Asuke. The castle is located at Suzawa-39-2 Asukecho, Toyota, Aichi 444-2424.
