Experience Nagoya Port Building

Getting There

  • Train

    If you are starting from Nagoya Station, take the Aonami Line towards Kinjofuto Station. The journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Kinjofuto Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the Nagoya Port area. You will see directional signs leading you to the Nagoya Port Building. It’s approximately a 10-minute walk from the station.

  • Subway

    From Sakae Station, take the Higashiyama Line towards Takabata. Get off at Nagoya Station and transfer to the Aonami Line. Board a train heading towards Kinjofuto Station. After about 25 minutes, disembark at Kinjofuto Station. Follow the signs to Nagoya Port, and it will take about 10 minutes on foot to reach the Nagoya Port Building.

  • Bus

    From Nagoya Station, take the Meitetsu Bus bound for Nagoya Port. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Nagoya Port stop, and from there, the Nagoya Port Building is just a 5-minute walk. Follow the signs for the Nagoya Port Building.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Nagoya City Science Museum, you can walk to the Nagoya Port Building. Head south towards the Nagoya Subway Higashiyama Line station at Fushimi. From there, take the subway to Nagoya Station, then transfer to the Aonami Line towards Kinjofuto Station as described above. Alternatively, you can take a leisurely 45-minute walk directly to the port along the waterfront.
