To reach Okaya Koki Nagoya Public Hall, start at Nagoya Station, which is a major transportation hub. From Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (yellow line) toward Takabata. After 5 stops, get off at Fushimi Station. Here, transfer to the Tsurumai Line (blue line) and take the train heading toward Aratama-cho. Travel 2 stops and get off at Tsurumai Station. Exit the station and head southeast on Tsurumai Avenue for about 5 minutes. The Okaya Koki Nagoya Public Hall will be on your right at 1 Chome-1-3 Tsurumai.
