If you're starting from Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (light blue line) towards Fujigaoka. Ride for 2 stops and get off at Sakae Station. Exit the station from the 3rd exit, which leads you directly into the Sakae area. From the exit, you will see the iconic Oasis 21, a large shopping and entertainment complex.
