If you are starting from Nagoya Station, exit through the Sakuradori Exit. Once outside, walk straight down Sakuradori Street for about 500 meters. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Continue until you reach the intersection at Hirokoji Avenue. Turn right onto Hirokoji Avenue and walk for another 200 meters. The Friendship Monument will be on your left at 6 Tsubakicho, Nakamura Ward, Nagoya, Aichi 453-0015.

From Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (light blue line) towards Fujigaoka. Get off at Sakae Station, which is just 2 stops away. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to exit 1. After you exit, turn left onto Nishiki Street and walk for about 10 minutes. You will reach the intersection with Hirokoji Avenue.
