If you are in the Nagoya area, take the Higashiyama Line (yellow line) from any station heading towards Fujigaoka. Get off at Nagoya Station, which is a major hub. Once at Nagoya Station, follow the signs to the Shinkansen (bullet train) platforms and look for the exit signs towards Meieki. After you exit the station, walk straight towards the Meieki area.

From Nagoya Station, you can also take a bus. Look for the bus terminal located just outside the station. Board a bus that has 'Meieki' or 'Nakamura Ward' displayed on the front. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Meieki bus stop, and from there, Yanagibashi Central Market is just a short 5-minute walk.

If you prefer to walk from Nagoya Station to Yanagibashi Central Market, exit the station and head southwest towards Meieki. Walk along the main road, and you will see the market a few blocks down on your left. The walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye out for the market's distinctive signage.
