Getting there

Car

If you are traveling by car, head towards the main road in Naoshima Island. From the Benesse House area, follow the signs towards the Miyanoura port. Continue driving straight, and then take a left turn at the intersection. Drive for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the address 2310-83 Miyanoura. Look for Chikurin on your right. Please note that parking may be limited, so plan accordingly.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, start by taking the Naoshima Town Bus from the Miyanoura port. Board the bus heading toward the Chichu Art Museum. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Miyanoura' stop. From there, walk approximately 600 meters towards Miyanoura 2310-83, where Chikurin is located. Look for the restaurant on your left. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited.

Walking

If you are already nearby, you can walk to Chikurin from the nearest bus stop 'Miyanoura'. Exit the bus and head north on the main road, then take a left after approximately 200 meters. Continue walking straight for about 400 meters until you arrive at Chikurin at 2310-83 Miyanoura. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes, and it's a pleasant stroll with some local scenery.
