Bicycles are available for rent near Miyanoura Port and various guesthouses in Naoshima. Rent a bicycle and ride towards the Red Pumpkin. The route is scenic and mostly flat, making it an enjoyable ride. Follow the route along the coast to the Benesse House Museum, and you will see the Red Pumpkin near the beach area. The ride takes about 10-15 minutes.

If you prefer a quicker and more comfortable option, you can take a taxi from your accommodation in Naoshima Island. Simply ask the taxi driver to take you to 'Red Pumpkin' or provide the address: 〒761-3110 Kagawa, Kagawa District, Naoshima, 直島町宮浦2249−49. The taxi ride will cost approximately 1,000 to 1,500 yen and takes about 5-10 minutes depending on your starting point.
Bus
There are local buses that run around Naoshima Island. If you are near the Naoshima Art Site or other attractions, look for the bus stop and take a bus that heads towards Miyanoura. Get off at the 'Benesse House' bus stop, which is the closest stop to Red Pumpkin. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to the sculpture. Buses typically cost around 200 yen per ride.
