Train
From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line towards Osaka Namba Station. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Osaka Namba Station, follow the signs to exit the station. This area is quite busy, so keep an eye out for directional signs.
Walking
After exiting Osaka Namba Station, head towards the Dotonbori area. Exit the station and turn right onto Dotonbori Suji Street. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will reach the famous Dotonbori Canal. Continue walking along the canal until you see the vibrant neon lights and the iconic Glico Man sign. 1-chōme-7-24 Dōtonbori is located nearby, just a short walk from the canal.
Subway
Alternatively, from Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Osaka Namba Station, then transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line at Namba Station. Take the Midosuji Line to Shinsaibashi Station. From Shinsaibashi Station, exit the station and walk towards the Dotonbori area, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs towards Dotonbori and look for the canal and the colorful signs.
