Train
From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line towards Osaka Namba Station. Get off at the last stop, Osaka Namba Station. From there, transfer to the Osaka Metro and take the Yotsubashi Line towards Nakafuto Station. Get off at Bentencho Station. After exiting the station, follow the signs for the JR Line. Take the JR Loop Line towards Nishi-Kujo Station and get off at Nishi-Kujo Station. From Nishi-Kujo Station, it’s a 15-minute walk to Maishima Ryokuchi Park.
Bus
From Nara City, go to Nara Station and catch the Kintetsu Nara Line bus towards Osaka. Get off at the Osaka Dome-mae Station. From there, transfer to the bus line that heads towards Maishima Ryokuchi Park. The bus stop is right outside the station; make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. The bus ride should take around 30 minutes, and you will get off at the Maishima Ryokuchi Park stop, which is very close to the entrance of the park.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Osaka, you can walk to Maishima Ryokuchi Park. Start from Osaka Station and head towards the Umeda Sky Building. From there, walk towards the south for about 15 minutes until you reach the Nakanoshima Park. Continue walking south along the river until you reach the bridge leading to Maishima Ryokuchi Park. Cross the bridge, and the park entrance will be on your right.
