Train
From Nara Station, take the JR Yamatoji Line towards Osaka. Ride for approximately 40 minutes and disembark at Osaka Station. Once at Osaka Station, transfer to the Osaka Loop Line and take the train towards Bentencho. Get off at Dobutsuen-mae Station, which is about a 20-minute ride. After exiting the station, walk south for about 10 minutes along the main road until you see Tsūtenkaku on your right.
Bus
From Nara Park, walk to Nara Bus Station and catch the Kintetsu Nara Line bus towards Osaka. After about 45 minutes on the bus, get off at the Ebisuhigashi stop. From there, it is a 5-minute walk to Tsūtenkaku. Head east along the main road until you reach the landmark.
Taxi
If you prefer a taxi, you can hire one from anywhere in Nara. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Tsūtenkaku in Osaka. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to have the address written down: 1 Chome-18-6 Ebisuhigashi, Naniwa Ward, Osaka, 556-0002.
