Car
If you are driving, start by heading towards the center of Nikko. Use Route 119 (Nikko Utsunomiya Road) and follow the signs for 'Nikko'. Once you reach the intersection near the Nikko Station, turn onto Route 460 towards the 'Nikko National Park'. Continue on Route 460 for about 10 km. When you see a sign for 'だいや体験館' (Daiya Taikenkan), turn left. The facility is located at 244 Noguchi, Nikko, Tochigi. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
If using public transportation, take a train to Nikko Station. From Nikko Station, board a bus heading towards 'Daiya Taikenkan'. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes, and the fare is around 600 yen. Get off at the 'Daiya Taikenkan' stop, and the facility will be a short walk from the bus stop. Note that buses may have limited schedules, so check the timetable in advance.
