Car
If you are driving from central Nikko, head east on Route 120. Follow the signs for Kegon Waterfall (Kegon no Taki). The journey is approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach the parking area, there is a parking fee of about ¥500. After parking, you can walk to the viewing area, which is a short distance away.

Public Transportation
From Nikko Station, take the Tobu Bus bound for Lake Chuzenji (Chūzenjiko). The bus ride takes about 45 minutes, and the fare is approximately ¥1,200 one way. Get off at the Kegon Waterfall bus stop (Kegon Taki). From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the waterfall observation area.
