From central Nikko, head east on Route 120 towards Yumoto Onsen. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes. There is a parking area near the falls, with a small fee of around 500 yen for parking.

Public Transportation
Take the Tobu Nikko Line train from Nikko Station to Yumoto Onsen Station. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Yumoto Onsen Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop across the street.
