If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Wajima city center. Head north on Route 249, which will take you directly towards Monzenmachi Otomari. After approximately 15 minutes, you will see signs for Totoro Rock. Turn left onto the access road when you see the Totoro Rock directional sign. Continue along this road for about 5 minutes until you reach the parking area near the rock. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around ¥500.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Wajima Station to Monzenmachi Otomari. Buses run approximately every hour. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Monzenmachi Otomari bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1 km towards the coast. Follow the signs for Totoro Rock, which should take around 15 minutes on foot. Ensure to check the bus schedule for the return trip, as the last bus back to Wajima may be around 5 PM.
