Car
If you are driving, start from Oki, and head towards the nearest ferry terminal. Take a ferry to the Honshu mainland, then use Route 9 to connect to Route 2, which will lead you to Tokyo. In Tokyo, follow signs for Taito City. Once in Taito City, navigate to 2 Chome-13-14 Shitaya. Look for Ono Terusaki Shrine on your GPS, and park in nearby public parking or look for street parking.
Public Transportation
From Oki, take a ferry to the mainland. Once you arrive, head to the nearest train station and take a train bound for Tokyo. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and get off at Ueno Station. From Ueno Station, you can either walk for about 20 minutes heading east or take the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line for one stop to Inaricho Station. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Ono Terusaki Shrine located at 2 Chome-13-14 Shitaya.
