Car
From the center of Oki, head south on Route 9 towards Sakaiminato. Follow the signs for the ferry terminal and board a ferry to Shichirui Port on the main island of Honshu. Once you arrive at Shichirui Port, take Route 431 to the west towards Matsue. Continue on Route 431 until you reach the junction with Route 9. Merge onto Route 9 towards Tokyo. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit toward Chuo City. Once in Chuo City, follow the signs for Nihonbashinakasu. The Sumida River Terrace is located at 1-11 Nihonbashinakasu, Chuo City, Tokyo 103-0008.
Public Transportation
From Oki, take the ferry from the Oki Island ferry terminal to Shichirui Port on the mainland. Upon arrival, walk to the nearby Shichirui Station and board a train heading to Tokyo. Depending on your route, you may need to transfer trains at major stations like Matsue or Okayama. Once you get to Tokyo, take the subway (Tokyo Metro) to Nihonbashi Station. From there, exit the station and walk towards the Sumida River; the Sumida River Terrace is located at 1-11 Nihonbashinakasu, Chuo City, Tokyo 103-0008, just a short walk from the riverbank.
