From anywhere in Oki, head towards the nearest ferry terminal and take a ferry to the main island of Honshu. Once you arrive at Honshu, follow the signs for Highway 9 towards Taito City. After approximately 1.5 hours, merge onto Route 50. Continue until you reach Ueno Park. The Ueno Zoological Gardens is located at 9-83 Uenokoen, right within Ueno Park.
