From Naha Bus Terminal, take the bus to Uruma City. Look for the bus number 23 or a bus heading towards Uruma. The ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Uruma, get off at the Katsurentsuken bus stop. From there, you can either walk to the ferry terminal or take a local taxi if you prefer not to walk.
