If you are driving to the Ōmi Observation Deck, start from Omi city center. Head southeast on Route 421, following the signs towards Taga. Continue on Route 421 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 477. Turn left onto Route 477 and follow this road for about 5 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating the direction to the Ōmi Observation Deck. The parking area is available near the observation deck. Please be aware that parking may incur a small fee.

To reach the Ōmi Observation Deck using public transport, start by taking a train from Omi Station to Taga Station on the Ohmi Railway Line. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once at Taga Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop nearby. Board the bus heading towards Kawachi, which should be clearly marked for the Ōmi Observation Deck. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may vary throughout the day.
