Train
If you are near Namba Station, take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line towards Nakatsu Station. Ride for 3 stops and get off at Tennoji Station. At Tennoji Station, transfer to the JR Kansai Line and take the train towards Kameoka. After just one stop, get off at Abenobashi Station. Abeno Harukas is a short 5-minute walk from the station. Exit the station and head towards the large building visible nearby, which is Abeno Harukas.

From Umeda Station, take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line towards Nakamozu. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at Tennoji Station. From there, follow the signs to transfer to the JR Line and take a train one stop to Abenobashi Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs pointing to Abeno Harukas, which is directly accessible and approximately a 5-minute walk.

You can catch a bus from various parts of Osaka. If you are in the Namba area, take the Osaka City Bus #88 towards Abeno. It will take you directly to Abeno Harukas.
