From Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line's Tanimachi 4-chome Station, take Exit 9 and walk north through Osaka Castle Park. Follow the signs towards Osaka Castle. Gokuraku-bashi Bridge will be directly ahead as you approach the castle's outer moat. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. No cost.

From JR Osaka Station, take the JR Loop Line to Osakajokoen Station. From the station, walk southwest through Osaka Castle Park for about 10 minutes following signs to Osaka Castle. Gokuraku-bashi Bridge will be visible as you approach the castle entrance. The train fare is approximately ¥180.

From Osaka Station, a taxi to Osaka Castle Park will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Osaka Castle Museum entrance. From there, walk towards the castle, and you'll find Gokuraku-bashi Bridge. The taxi fare will be approximately ¥2,500 - ¥3,000.

If driving, take the Hanshin Expressway and exit at Tenmabashi IC. Follow signs for Osaka Castle Park. Parking is available near the castle, with fees ranging from ¥500-¥1200 for a few hours. From the parking area, it's a short walk to the entrance of Osaka Castle Park, where you will find Gokuraku-bashi Bridge. Note that parking lots can fill up quickly, especially during peak season.
