From Osaka Namba Station (Kintetsu/Hanshin lines), walk towards Namba City shopping complex. Follow signs for Namba HIPS, which is located a short walk away. Alternatively, from JR Namba Station, take the underground shopping street "Namba Walk" towards the Midosuji Line and follow signs to Namba HIPS. Subway fares in Osaka start from ¥190 for adults. Bus options are also available with a flat rate of ¥210 for adults.

It also features a Yakiniku restaurant, a highball bar, and other dining establishments. One of its most notable features was the YABAFO, a thrilling free-fall ride mounted on the building's exterior, though it may no longer be operational.Namba HIPS is easily recognizable by its unique architecture, resembling a giant hourglass with an exclamation mark. Its central location and direct access from Namba Station make it a convenient destination for those exploring the Namba area.
