Getting There

Public Transport

From Namba Station (various lines), walk approximately 10-15 minutes to the shrine. Exit the station towards the main street and follow signs for Bakuromachi. The shrine is located in a quieter area amidst the office buildings. Subway fare from Umeda to Namba is around ¥240.
Walking

From Namba Parks, walk east for about 5 minutes. Head towards the less crowded streets away from the main shopping area. The shrine will be on your right, a peaceful contrast to the surrounding commercial district.
Taxi

A short taxi ride from Namba Station costs approximately ¥700-¥900, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to take you to Namba Jinja near Bakuromachi. Note that parking near the shrine is limited.

Namba Jinja Shrine, located in the heart of Osaka, offers a serene escape from the city's vibrant energy. Founded in 415 by Emperor Hanzei, son of Emperor Nintoku, the shrine is dedicated to Emperor Nintoku, Susa-no-O, and Uka-no-mi-tama.
