Train
From Osaka Station, take the JR Loop Line to Tennoji Station (approximately 15 minutes). Transfer to the Nankai Koya Line and take a train towards Sakai Station (about 10 minutes). Once you arrive at Sakai Station, exit the station and head towards the Sakai City Hall area. You can take the number 2 bus from Sakai Station towards Ohama Kitamachi, getting off at the Ohama Kitamachi stop. The Old Sakai Lighthouse is a short 5-minute walk from there.
Subway
From Namba Station, take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line towards Senri-Chuo. Get off at Shinsaibashi Station and transfer to the Nagahori Tsurumi-Ryu Line. Take the train towards Tsurumi-Ryokuchi and get off at Sakai-Takaishi Station. From there, you can either take a taxi directly to the Old Sakai Lighthouse or catch a local bus towards Ohama Kitamachi.
Bus
If you are near Namba, you can catch the Nankai Bus from Namba Bus Terminal towards Sakai. Get off at the Sakai City Hall stop. From there, walk towards the Sakai City Museum, and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Ohama Kitamachi. The Old Sakai Lighthouse will be to your left, about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
