Getting There

  • Subway

    Start your journey at Osaka Station. Look for the Midosuji Line (red line) and board a train heading towards Nakamozu Station. After 3 stops, get off at the Tanimachi 4-chome Station. From Tanimachi 4-chome Station, take Exit 1-B to get to the surface.

  • Walking

    Once you are above ground at Tanimachi 4-chome Station, turn left and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will come to a large park area, which is Osaka Castle Park. Continue walking towards the castle, and you will see the Osaka Castle Main Tower ahead of you. The address is 1-1 Osakajo, Chuo Ward, Osaka, 540-0002.

    Alternatively, from Osaka Station, you can take the bus. Look for the bus stop for the Osaka Loop Line (Bus No. 62 or 88) towards Osaka Castle. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the Osaka Castle Park bus stop, and you will be very close to the Osaka Castle Main Tower.
