Subway
If you are near Namba Station, take the Midosuji Line (Red Line) towards Senri-Chuo. Get off at the next stop, Yodoyabashi Station. From Yodoyabashi Station, transfer to the Keihan Main Line and take a train towards Hirakatashi. Alight at Kyobashi Station. From Kyobashi Station, it's about a 10-minute walk to Sensai Bridge. Exit the station and head towards the south exit. Walk straight, and you will see the bridge on your left.

From Osaka Station, go to the bus terminal located on the west side of the station. Look for bus number 88 or 105, which goes towards Taisho Ward. Get off at the Tsurumachi 4-chome stop. From there, walk about 5 minutes east, and you will find Sensai Bridge at 4 Chome-1-19 Tsurumachi.
