Subway
If you are near Namba Station, take the Midosuji Line (Red Line) towards Senri-Chuo. Get off at the next stop, Yodoyabashi Station. From Yodoyabashi Station, transfer to the Keihan Main Line and take a train towards Hirakatashi. Alight at Kyobashi Station. From Kyobashi Station, it's about a 10-minute walk to Sensai Bridge. Exit the station and head towards the south exit. Walk straight, and you will see the bridge on your left.
Bus
From Osaka Station, go to the bus terminal located on the west side of the station. Look for bus number 88 or 105, which goes towards Taisho Ward. Get off at the Tsurumachi 4-chome stop. From there, walk about 5 minutes east, and you will find Sensai Bridge at 4 Chome-1-19 Tsurumachi.
Walking
If you are in the vicinity of Osaka Castle, you can walk to Sensai Bridge. Head south from the castle towards the Taisho area. Follow the signs to Tsurumachi. It should take about 25 minutes on foot. Keep walking straight, and when you reach the intersection of Tsurumachi, turn left, and you will see Sensai Bridge ahead.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct option, you can hail a taxi from anywhere in Osaka. Simply tell the driver 'Sensai Bridge' or show them the address: 4 Chome-1-19 Tsurumachi, Taishō-ku, Osaka. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
