Car
If you are driving from central Owari, head west on Route 19. Follow the signs for Tsushima. Once you reach Tsushima, continue on Route 19 until you see the signs for Miyagawacho. Turn left onto Miyagawacho Street, and you will find Tennogawa Park located at 1 Chome, Miyagawacho. There is parking available near the park, but be aware that there may be a small fee for parking.
