Getting there

Public Transport

From Yokohama Station, take the Minatomirai Line to Minatomirai Station. The ride is a short 2-minute trip, and trains depart every few minutes. A one-way ticket costs ¥110-¥160. Alternatively, the Bayside Blue bus departs from Yokohama Station East Exit and provides access to Minatomirai. A single ride costs ¥220. A Minatomirai Line One Day Ticket (¥460) offers unlimited rides on the line.

Walking

From Sakuragicho Station (JR Line), Minato Mirai is approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Exit the station and follow the signs towards the Landmark Tower and Queen's Square. The path is well-marked and offers scenic views of the harbor. There are no tolls or special access fees for walking.

Taxi

A taxi from Yokohama Station to Minato Mirai takes approximately 3 minutes and costs between ¥1400-¥1700. Taxis are readily available at Yokohama Station. Ride-sharing services are also an option, with similar pricing. Note that traffic can increase travel time and cost.
