Car
If you're driving, start from the center of Sagami and head southeast on Route 134. Continue on this road for approximately 30 minutes until you reach Minamiboso. Once in Minamiboso, keep following Route 134 until you see signs for Haraoka Pier. Turn left onto Tomiuracho Haraoka and continue straight until you reach the pier. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Haraoka Pier using public transportation, start by taking a train from Sagami Station to Choshi Station on the JR Sobu Line. This journey will take around 1 hour and may require a transfer at Sawara Station. Once at Choshi Station, transfer to the Minamiboso Line and head towards Tomiura Station. After arriving at Tomiura Station, take a local bus or taxi to Haraoka Pier, which is approximately 15 minutes away.
